The item
may be returned for a refund or exchange up to 90 days from the purchase
date if you are not happy for any reason. This includes both products
purchased at the retail store and products shipped to the consumer.
The
warranty covers one set of cartridges only. A set is one black and
one color cartridge per printer model. If you purchase more than
one set, please try only one to make sure you are satisfied before
opening the others. Only unopened additional cartridges may be returned
for store credit, replacement, or refund.
The following limitations
apply:
- Physical damage to the product voids the warranty.
- Depletion
of ink is not covered.
- The warranty applies only to supplies and
not to the printer used with the supplies.
- Damage to household
items or clothing due to ink spillage is not covered.
- In order
to keep our costs low and our prices competitive, we are unable
to refund shipping costs for returned products.
