1.
Will your products void my printer warranty?
A manufacturer of a printer
you are using cannot void your warranty because you use a cartridge
or refill kit manufactured by someone other than the printer manufacturer.
This prohibition includes use of compatible cartridges, remanufactured
cartridges, refill kits, ink, etc. For more detailed information,
please read the MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY IMPROVEMENT ACT regarding
printer warranties and the use of products such as ours.

United States Code Annotated
Title 15 Commerce and Trade
Chapter 50 Consumer Product Warranties
15 Section 2302
(c) No warrantor of a consumer product may condition
his written or implied warranty of such product on the consumer's
using, in connection with such product, any article or service (other
than article or service provided without charge under the terms of
the warranty) which is identified by brand, trade or corporate name;
except that the prohibition of this subsection be waived by the commission
if:
- The warrantor satisfies the Commission that the warranted
product will function properly only if the article or service
so identified is used in connection with the warranted product.
- The Commission finds that such a waiver is in the public
interest.
2. What's the difference between compatible
and remanufactured cartridges?
Compatible cartridges are
brand new cartridges that are manufactured in a factory according
to the specifications of the brand name cartridge. Remanufactured
cartridges are reused brand name cartridges that are disassembled,
cleaned, reassembled, and refilled. Remanufactured cartridges
usually contain more ink than brand name cartridges. There are
many different levels of quality of a remanufactured cartridge,
depending on who processes them. Our remanufactured cartridges
are made from virgin cartridges (one use only) by a very reputable
company.
