David and Mei started this business after experiencing the frustration of dealing with “big box” retailers charging high prices and offering minimal service for inkjet and toner cartridges. So we tried buying cartridges from alternative sources like internet companies and cartridge franchise stores, but what we found were cheap, low quality cartridges and poor service. There are very few reliable cartridge stores that offer a quality product with good service. After two years of research, we found the ideal formula for providing high quality cartridges at a reasonable price, while offering the service that our customers deserve.
